ASP Joins 7th Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week Celebration

ASP joins the opening ceremony of the nation-wide celebration of the 7th Cerebral Palsy Awareness and Protection Week at SM Sky Dome, SM North EDSA last 16 September 2010.

Hoping to develop, nurture and expand networks in the disability sector, ASP National Office, headed by ASP Chair Emeritus Dang Koe, were joined by Grace Adviento (President), Peng So (VP), Evelyn Go (Treasurer), Carmel Almendrala (Trustee) and Ranil Sorongon (Executive Director).

ASP members from Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center (STAC) Quezon, headed by their president Ms. Aileen Zapanta also joined the event.

The ceremony started with a Eucharistic Celebration, followed by a formal opening and Family Day activities. The week-long celebration spearheaded by the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines (CPAP) will culminate on Tuesday, September 22nd.

ASP would like to thank and congratulate Arch. Rizal Morales, Chair of this year’s celebrations and Ms. Charito Manglapus, the dedicated president CPAP.
