Senator Lito Lapid files the Comprehensive Autism Intervention Act of 2010.The bill was first filed in 2007 during the 14th Congress (Senate Bill 845).
Lapid refiles the bill on July 1,2010. The bill had its first reading last July 27 and is referred to the committee on education.
Last August 31, with Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto III motioned Senator Raph Recto as co-author of the bill.
