The Autism Society Philippines (ASP) is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of persons on the autism spectrum disorder. We envision a society where Filipinos on the spectrum become the best of their potentials -- self-reliant, independent, productive, socially-accepted citizens of an Autism-OK Philippines.

This ACW Celebration, our facilitator will be Ms. Carmel Almendrala. Tita Carmel is one of ASP’s Board of Trustees. A wife of a retired ambassador, she personifies diplomacy as you will always see or hear her representing ASP in media with poise, grace and intelligence in spite of the disconcerting circumstance of educating an ASD child. Her son, Michael now 41 years old is a gold medalist in weight lighting at the Dublin, Ireland Special Olympics for the country. He is also an independent member of the community working as an administrative staff of the Philippine Information Agency.

Sign up now and learn practical tips on parenting and how to advocate for your child with autism. Call 7-903-5496 to register in the January 22 (Saturday).
