Digital talking books: An alternative way of educating children with disabilities of their rights

UNESCO features an article on "Digital Talking Books: An Alternative Way of Educating Children with Disabilities of their Rights" written by ASP Executive Director Ranil Sorongon. Director Sorongon is also the Project Manager of the "Educating Children with Disabilities of their Rights Using the Digital Talking Books" project funded by the Australian Aid.
