The Autism Society Philippines is pleased to open the applications for ASP's HOMEpowerment, a program that aims to empower families with knowledge and skills to confidently care for their child on the autism spectrum and continue their child's program at home.

For this year's second batch, the program offers intensive training for parents and/or caregivers on appropriate early intervention strategies at home for individuals on the spectrum under eight years old.
Program includes topic discussions and workshops on home intervention. Participants are expected to present output from every workshop.
Here's how you can apply to the ASP's HOMEpowerment program:
1) The applicant family must...
1.1 be current members of Autism Society Philippines
1.2 have devices (computer, tablet, smartphone) and access to the internet
1.3 commit to attending all online parent trainings, discussions, consultations
2) The child on the spectrum must
2.1 have a formal autism diagnosis from a licensed professional
2.2 be born no earlier than October 2014 (be 8 years old and below)

3) The applicant family must fill out this form below. THERE IS NO NEED TO FOLLOW UP. WE WILL REACH OUT TO ALL APPLICANTS FOR SCHEDULES. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
The training shall be conducted online. This enables the program to reach more families anywhere in the Philippines where internet services are available.
