The Autism Society Philippines (ASP) is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of persons on the autism spectrum disorder. ASP Artismo

Registration for the ASP Artismo has been extended until 15 July 2023.


The ASP Artismo is the culture and arts platform of the Autism Society Philippines. It harnesses the beauty of art as a form of self-expression and elevates the skills of artists on the spectrum towards a creative vocation.


Artists on the spectrum shall be nominated by their respective ASP chapter presidents to be considered in this ASP Artismo.

Who can be nominated:

ASP Chapter Presidents can nominate any number of painting artists who are:
  • diagnosed with autism, as certified by their ASP Chapter Presidents based on any proof of autism diagnosis
  • active regular ASP members - individuals or children of active ASP members. Chapter Presidents may assist the artist’s family to join ASP or renew membership before registering: http://bit.ly/asp-join.
  • Preferably 18 years old and above

Artwork/s for entry:

Painting/s made by nominated artists on the spectrum:
  • Any medium (oil, acrylic, etc), except crayons and colored pencils
  • Old artworks or recently completed
  • Should be digitization-friendly; do not take photos of painting in frame/s for zero glare
  • Minimum size is 10” x 15”
  • Landscape or portrait mode
  • No particular theme
  • Maximum of 2 entries per artist
  • Certified by ASP Chapter President to be 100% completed by the artist on the spectrum

To join:

1. ASP Chapter Presidents may assist the families in preparing the following for submission/uploading:
  • Clear digital copy of the artwork (no glare)
  • ASP member’s name and ID number

*Signed agreement by artist/guardian to ASP gets to own the actual artworks for future exhibit and other advocacy projects will be issued to artists on the spectrum of selected artworks subsequently.

2. The ASP Chapter President shall fill up the jotform for each artist he/she is nominating. The jotform includes certification by the ASP Chapter President that:
  • The artist is diagnosed with autism
  • The artwork was done by the artist on the spectrum himself/herself

3. July 15, 2023 - deadline for registration.

4. July 21, 2023 - announcement of selected artworks.

5. July 28, 2023 - submission of actual winning artworks to ASP National Headquarters.
